Born in 1990 in Santa Barbara, CA. Artist Danny Meza, has been creating art for as long as he can remember. Influenced by cartoons, skateboard graphics and comic books, he has created his own unique style. Growing up in his hometown, Danny experimented with various mediums, ranging from markers, acrylic to oil paint and even monster clay for sculpting. During his teens he got involved with graffiti art which lead him to paint large scale murals.

After high school he attended The Art Institute of CA – Los Angeles in 2009, where he received an education in graphic design. He then returned to his hometown of Santa Barbara where he worked on various mural projects and got involved with mentoring the youth in connection with the Arts Alliance of Santa Barbara; And another large scale project that lead him to a tattoo apprenticeship.

Since then he has been traveling around the world as a guest at different tattoo shops and tattoo conventions. Also, collecting tattoos from artists he is influenced by, where he gets to watch and learn to gain skills for his craft.

While tattooing full time, Meza continues to create multiple forms of art, showcase his work in art galleries and work on commissions for logos and illustrations.

Danny now resides in San Diego, CA.
